ADHD‑informed coaching and community for women who are done trying to survive hustle culture

You don’t need to be more disciplined.
You don’t need another system.
You’re not broken.

Reclaim Your Life

Unhustle Coaching exists because the dominant ways we talk about work, productivity, and success actively harm many people, especially those with ADHD and other neurodivergent nervous systems.

We reject:

  • Hustle culture as a measure of worth

  • Productivity as a moral obligation

  • One‑size‑fits‑all systems that ignore energy, context, and capacity

This work is about creating humane, sustainable ways of living and working without shame, pressure, or self‑abandonment.

This is for you if . . .
  • You feel exhausted from trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for your brain

  • You’ve tried the planners, systems, routines, and mindset shifts—and still feel burnt out

  • You want information and support, not hype or fixing

  • You’re ready to experiment gently, at your own pace

  • You’re looking for productivity hacks, discipline, or optimization

  • You want easy, fast results

  • You believe rest has to be earned

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do

  • You’re not open to questioning hustle culture

This may not be for you if . . .

If this resonates, we're building something intentionally slow, relational, and different

Unhustle Coaching offers ADHD-informed coaching and community support for neurodivergent adults—especially women—who are exhausted from trying to keep up in a world shaped by hustle culture. Many people who find their way here are capable, thoughtful, and deeply motivated, yet feel burned out, stuck, or quietly ashamed because traditional productivity systems have never worked for them.

This work starts from a different assumption: that burnout is not a personal failure. For people with ADHD and other neurodivergent nervous systems, constant pressure to perform, optimize, and self-override often leads to chronic exhaustion and self-doubt. Unhustle Coaching exists to challenge the idea that productivity equals worth and to offer a more humane, sustainable way of relating to work, energy, and ambition.

Rather than pushing discipline or one-size-fits-all systems, Unhustle Coaching focuses on nervous-system awareness, consent-based experimentation, and real-life integration. Clients and community members are supported in understanding how their brains and bodies actually function—and in building ways of living and working that don’t require ongoing self-betrayal. This approach is especially supportive for those who are late-diagnosed with ADHD, navigating burnout, or questioning long-held beliefs about success and rest.

Unhustle Coaching does not promise quick fixes, productivity hacks, or guaranteed outcomes. Coaching here is not therapy, and it is not about fixing what’s “wrong.” Instead, it offers education, reflection, and relational support to help people develop self-trust, reduce shame, and practice working with their energy rather than against it.

Whether through community spaces, educational resources, or future coaching offerings, Unhustle Coaching centers the belief that rest is not a reward, capacity is contextual, and meaningful change happens over time. This is a space for people who are ready to question hustle culture and explore what life can look like when worth is no longer tied to output.
