I’m not a therapist, and that's the point. I’ve lived this. ADHD, anxiety, masking, overachieving, burning out—and doing it all while smiling politely along the way. I created Unhustle Coaching to help women like us find clarity, capacity, and actual breathing room without needing to quit everything and move to the wilderness (unless you want to).
