I’m not a therapist, and that's the point. I’ve lived this. ADHD, anxiety, masking, overachieving, burning out — and doing it all while smiling politely in meetings. I created Happy & Anxious Coaching to help women like us find clarity, capacity, and actual breathing room — without needing to quit everything and move to a yurt (unless you want to).
