Unhustle Coaching was born from the recognition that many capable, intelligent people aren’t failing—they’re responding normally to systems that demand constant output and self-override.

Like many late-diagnosed ADHD women, I spent years believing my burnout was a personal failure. Learning to understand my nervous system changed how I relate to work, ambition, and rest—and made it clear this knowledge shouldn’t be locked behind shame or perfection.
